My journey began amidst the bustling ramen shops of Hokkaido, where I meticulously refined my craft. Today, I proudly serve a unique culinary experience, characterized by homemade ramen that boasts a rich, velvety broth, simmered for an indulgent 16 hours. This labor of love results in a thicker, more robust broth that encapsulates the essence of true Japanese ramen.
